The reason we started

One little certificate.
A feeling we'll never forget.

When our little one was rushed to the vet in pain, we were scared. Then came a small, unexpected gesture: a Certificate of Bravery.

It may have been a simple certificate, but to us, it meant so much. We felt seen. We felt appreciated. And in a difficult moment, we left with a little more joy than we expected.

We wanted every pet parent to have the chance to feel that way.

As pet parents ourselves, we know how much these moments matter. And we know how busy veterinary teams are. Between caring for pets and supporting the people who love them, there's not always time to create those extra touches.

Choose monthly billing or save 10% with annual payment.

Subscriptions begin when payment is completed. Please allow up to 5 days for your first delivery. Ongoing certificate deliveries arrive by the 3rd day of each month. Annual plans are billed once per year.

Are the certificates digital or physical?

Pepperly certificates are physical keepsakes designed to help your practice make everyday visits feel more meaningful.

How do I choose my certificate themes each month?

During setup, choose the themes available with your plan and allocate your monthly certificates across them. For future months, we plan to provide a link so you can review and update your selections without starting over. Your plan determines how many distinct themes you can choose.

When will my order arrive?

Please allow up to 7 days for delivery of your first order. For subsequent monthly orders, we'll share the expected delivery timing as part of the monthly ordering process.

When are my orders processed?

Your first order is prepared after your subscription is confirmed. For recurring orders, your monthly theme selections help us prepare the certificates for your practice.

Can I upgrade my subscription?

Yes. You can upgrade to a plan with a larger monthly certificate allowance and additional features. Your available benefits depend on your selected plan.

What else is included with my subscription?

Beyond your monthly certificates, your plan may include additional seasonal designs, handwritten sympathy cards, and practice branding. Higher-tier plans unlock more ways to make each gesture feel personal. See the subscription options for the benefits included with each plan.

How does custom branding work?

Custom branding is included with Best in Show. Practice-branded certificates and sympathy cards use your logo and social handle, which are collected separately from the website signup.
